TRAVEL

FINA will provide travel assistance for one (1) National Federation representative:
• Each National Federation from Africa: USD 1’500.-
• Each National Federation from America: USD 500.-
• Each National Federation from Asia: USD 1’500.-
• Each National Federation from Europe : USD 1’000.-
• Each National Federation from Oceania : USD 2’000.-

The travel assistance will be paid by bank transfer to the National Federation after the Convention.

ACCOMODATION

FINA will provide for one (1) participant of each member Federation one (1) room for the following nights : 26th , 27th , 28th , 29st September, 2010 (arrival on 26th September and departure on 30th September, 2010. The cost of accommodation for any additional night should be covered by the National Federations.

Additional participants:

For any additional person(s), all expenses should be covered by each Member Federation. Please note that FINA will provide support in booking of the rooms in designated 5 and 4 stars hotels with the price for a single room up to USD 140.-/day. The price includes breakfast and taxes.

MEALS

- Breakfast will be provided at the hotel
- For all NF delegates and guests, during three days of the 1st FINA World Aquatics Convention, FINA will provide lunches and dinners.
- The evening events programme will be distributed to all participants upon their arrival in Punta del Este.

GENERAL CONDITIONS

Rates for participants
FINA will provide one (1) free Convention entry for the one (1) participant of each member Federation.

Convention Entry Fee
USD 150.- per person (incl. participation fee for the convention, coffee breaks and lunches, as well as attendance to the evening events)

Travel and Local Transportation
The preferable final destination for your itinerary should be the Punta del Este Airport (PDP) in Uruguay. The participants can also arrive in Montevideo - Carrasco International Airport (MVD) however please consider the distance of 110 km from Montevideo to Punta del Este.

Local transportation for all participants will be organized between the airport in Punta del Este or Montevideo to the official hotels and FINA World Aquatic Convention.
